Punctuality: Please arrive on time, or 5 minutes early if you need to discuss anything, prior to class.
-
Grace Period: There will be a 5-minute grace period after the class start time; no admittance will be granted after this period.
-
Camera Setup: Please be prepared to have your camera turned on and your entire mat in the frame. This is important so I can see you and make adjustments if needed. Visit the "Remote Class Instruction" tab for more detailed information on how to set up your camera.
-
Respect and Inclusivity: Be nice and respectful. Every person and body is welcome. We reserve the right to remove you from class if you are disruptive, mean to others, or express hateful language.
-
Outdoor Classes: If attending an outdoor class, please bring your own mat. Note: While I will always strive to find shade for outdoor classes, you may not be in the shade for the entire duration of the class.
-
Class Cancellation and Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule any class for no additional charge as long as it is more than 4 hours before the start time. Late cancellations and no shows will be charged a $10 fee, and the class credit will be returned to your account.
