About Club California Pilates
At Club California Pilates, we believe in the transformative power of Pilates. Our studio is dedicated to creating an inclusive, organic, and natural environment that fosters growth, well-being, and community. Our classes are fun, tough, but encouraging.
We currently offer “All Level” and “Novice” remote mat pilates classes, as well as pop-up outdoor mat classes, ensuring everyone can join us regardless of location. Soon, we will be offering remote reformer pilates classes! We have big plans for the future, including hosting our first retreat in Greece in the spring of 2025, with much more expansion on the horizon. Stay tuned! Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to pilates, Club California Pilates is here to support you on your fitness journey. Join us in the studio, online, or at one of our upcoming retreats.
MEET OUR FOUNDER
Sonialena, a creative and nurturing California native, founded Club California Pilates with the vision of making Pilates accessible to all. She is fully certified in Mat & Reformer Pilates, including Injury and Pre/Post Natal work. Her passion for Pilates and belief that there is a form of Pilates for EVERYONE continues to inspire our community.

Sonialena is an California Native who secretly wishes she was a 🧜🏽♀️.
An accomplished business woman, fully Certified Pilates Instructor,Licensed Esthetician 💆🏽♀️, Interior Designer, painter 🎨 & friend to ALL the 🐕s.
She is a creative spirit who fell in love with pilates 3 times; when she tried Mat at 16, Reformer at 27, & when she began training to be an instructor. Her passion & belief that there is a form of Pilates for EVERYONE keeps growing.
Look out for her, in the studio, on retreat, & online! She will probably be the one with coffee in hand, as she is hopelessly addicted☕️.
