Our pilates classes are open to all levels, offering a warm and inclusive environment for everyone. Each session features moves that build in intensity, allowing you to stop where you need and always feel successful. With classes ranging from 40 to 45 minutes, including stretches, you can enjoy an efficient and effective workout. All you need is a pilates or yoga mat, as our classes require little to no additional equipment. For those interested in reformer pilates, a reformer is ideal, but most basic movements can be adapted using sliders.
We also offer novice classes for those seeking an even more beginner-friendly environment. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a beginner, our classes are designed to challenge you while making you feel strong and accomplished.
